Can my order be delivered internationally?

Yes it can! We’re happy to provide a special shopping experience for our international customers through our arrangement with times-healthy.

International shoppers can now:

  • View an item’s price in your local currency
  • Shop in your preferred currency
  • Get your order totals guaranteed at the exchange rate set during checkout


How do I place an International order?

It’s easy! Here’s how it works:

1. From the homepage, scroll to the bottom of the page and on the left side by the picture of the American flag, click on “change country”

2. Select your shipping destination and preferred shopping currency from the two dropdrown menus shown

3. Click “SAVE & CONTINUE”

4. Now you can shop like usual:

  • While shopping times-healthy, click the desired item(s) and select “Add to Bag”
  • Once an item is added, you may click on the “Continue Shopping” button to return to browsing

5. Ready to checkout?

  • Click the shopping bag icon located at the top right of your browser
  • You will see your merchandise total including estimated shipping and estimated sales tax
  • Select “Continue Checkout” and follow the prompts to place your order


How will I know how much my order will cost?

Just add items to your bag and click on the checkout button. times-healthy will calculate and display an order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to the times-healthy warehouse and the cost from the times-healthy warehouse to your selected international destination, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

No there are not. When you use the times-healthy global checkout, you’ll be provided with an order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount you’ll be billed by times-healthy. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges. Please note: reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Can I track my International order?

Yes you can! Here’s how it works:

Visit our international order tracking page and provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Billing email address


Please be aware that your order may began processing immediately and it may not be possible to update the shipping address. If you are unable to make changes, our Return Policy makes it easy to return your purchase.

Can I place an International order to ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, no. International orders may not be split between multiple destinations.

Can I purchase a Gift Card or use a Gift Card as payment?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for orders shipped internationally.
